CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a soft touch, hands-on method that evaluates the CranioSacral system by gently feeling various locations of the body for the ease of motion and the body’s rhythm.
CST releases restrictions and tension deep within soft tissues surrounding the central nervous system. Once the restriction has been removed, the body is able to self-correct and function properly. The subtle qualities of touch used in CST work are what make it one of the safest methods, which is suitable during pregnancy, for babies, children, adults and the elderly, and in fragile or acutely painful conditions.
The deep relaxation you can reach during the CST session is able to alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions such as: Migraines, Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Autism, Stress, Postpartum depression, Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, TMJ, Scoliosis, Neurological Disorders, emotional difficulties, Orthopedic Problems, and more. During treatment, clients are fully clothed; they lie on their side or face up.

SomatoEmotional Release is a therapeutic process that uses the principles of Craniosacral Therapy to incorporate the mind and emotions in conjunction with the body to help release residual effects of physical or emotional trauma. Soma means body; Body/Emotional release.
The body is like a giant tape recorder, recording the energy of anything that ever happened to us. Whatever hasn’t been released is still there. Emotions can be part of the restriction. Gentle support and talking may be involved in the emotional release. As emotions free up, you will be much less vulnerable to discomfort, pain or dysfunction. And you’ll be much more alert, aware and wise in your own self-care.
While each person’s response to an SER is different, common experiences include: • Spontaneous memories of the trauma that led to the trapped emotions. • The unexpected welling up of emotions such as fear, sadness, anger, frustration and guilt. • A sense of relief, lightness, exhilaration and joy once the emotions are released.

Our Therapists have completed many advanced 1-on-1 certified training courses in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy to provide quality care for their clients’ healing journey.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a gentle technique that works through the body’s lymphatic system to activate the body fluid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous system.
An integration of Dry Brushing, Scar Release Therapy, and Lymphatic Massage (as needed) are often added to this therapy to increase blood and Lymphatic flow, and to rid hardened dead skin to allow the skin to breathe and regenerate.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy accelerates the healing process after surgery in the least time possible; for example: Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation/ Reduction, BBL, Rotator Cuff, Knee Replacement, Caesarean, and more. Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage is the last important step to a successful recovery as it helps heal damaged lymph vessels, reduces scarring, reconnects interrupted lymphatic pathways, and creates new pathways where necessary. Without proper lymphatic care, your surgical results could be less than desirable. This therapeutic treatment results in restored health, proper lymphatic flow, and vitality in the area of surgery; promoting your overall well-being.
This is a perfect therapy to receive for detoxification during the four seasonal, atmospheric changes, during a detoxification diet, and for general overall well being. During this time, different types of plants pollinate that we breathe in, which can cause allergies, eczema, and respiratory dysfunction. WIthout properly flushing the lymphatic system, a toxic cellular body housing can result. It’s important to have a clean lymphatic system for healthy immune function.
Removing this accumulation of fluid may help in recovery, regenerating new tissue, detoxifying the body, improving blood circulation, increasing mobility, facilitating healing, reducing: pain, swelling, swollen lymph nodes, bruising, scarring and numbness.

UltraSonic Cavitation Sculpting is a non-surgical, revolutionary procedure that is an FDA-approved and an extremely effective technique to contour the body and melt fat away as well as reducing cellulite accumulation on the body. It also improves lymphatic fluid drainage, helps stimulate the tissue, increases circulation to promote healing, reduces inflammation, diminishes scarring, reduces bruising, and reduces bloating due to excess water and oil buildup.
Ultrasonic Cavitation Sculpting (Skin Tightening) is recommended by many plastic surgeons, and is often used after surgical liposuction to achieve firmer, smoother and more youthful looking skin. It is a highly effective body sculpting procedure to help fine tune your body after surgery. Surgical liposuction removes significant amounts of fat in some cases, and one of the side effects is lumpiness. For smoothing out additional lumpiness after surgical liposuction, a 30-minute Laser Lipo session is recommended.
Depending on the type of surgery that you’ve received, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is recommended within the first 2-3 days after most body contouring procedures (liposuction, BBL, tummy tucks, etc.). Cavitation can begin in as little as three weeks after surgery.
30 minutes – $60
This therapy is best performed after UltraSonic Cavitation Sculpting. Laser lipo is a good option for people looking to get rid of stubborn areas of fat after other methods, such as exercise and diet, have failed. Laser lipo penetrates up to 10 layers of fatty tissue. The laser energy is a noninasive treatment in which laser pads are placed on the skin. The lasers penetrates fat cells and creates tiny holes in their membranes. This causes the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids, glycerol, and water into the body and then shrink, resulting in lost inches. The body then flushes out the expelled fat-cells via the lymphatic system or burns them for energy. No pain or downtime. Can be done on arms, stomach, waist, chin, and legs.
*People who are pregnant or menstruating should avoid laser liposuction; because in menstruating women, fat cells represent a major focal point of hormone metabolism and function.

Microcurrent Pain Management (MPM) combines the principles of acupuncture with a concentrated direct current that “releases” muscle tissue that impinges nerves and causes joint pain. MPM mimics our body’s nervous system to power your body for healing. This therapy combines key acupressure points, motor, and trigger point therapy for the treatment of sore, achy muscles and pain. All pain and joint dysfunction (arthritis) of the limbs have some source of nerve root. If these nerve roots are blocked at the meridian, the body will not function properly. Therefore, releasing the muscles that run parallel to the spine at the nerve root(s) opens the meridians allowing energy to flow freely again., MPM is effective for: Generalized Pain, Neuropathies, Migraines, Arthritic Joints, TMJ, Back/Neck Pain, Frozen Shoulders, Fibromyalgia, and more!!

Prenatal Labor Preparation Massage Therapy is a gentle and non-invasive way to prepare your mind and body for labor and birth. It is an alternative for women seeking natural ways to encourage labor especially if they are afraid of acupuncture. Studies show that a massage can raise your body’s level of oxytocin, that hormone that can bring on labor contractions. This type of massage consists of many integrative therapies that promote labor:
– Reflexology
– Microcurrent induction point therapy
– Specific prenatal massage techniques at the sacral, gluteus, psoas, and hip flexors to loosen ligaments and muscles surrounding the tailbone and groin area. (Maya Massage)
– Acupressure Point Therapy

You should not consider a labor preparation massage until you have reached the full-term level of your pregnancy. If you’ve reached Full-Term (37-41 weeks), a labor preparation massage can aid in the natural transition into labor.
